Creme de cassis and Creme de mure Just picked up some very nice fruit liqueurs from France, I have a Creme de cassis (black current) and a Creme de mure (Blackberry), and I'm looking for some great cocktails to highlight these incredibly flavorful bottles.

I searched around for recipes – the creme de cassis seems to typically be made of eau de vie (vodka can be substituted), mures uses red wine. Trifle.
